HYDRAULIC FLEXIBLE HOSES FOR LOW AND MEDIUM PRESSURE
Synthetic rubber hoses, resistant to oil (Gč) and reinforced with one or more textile braids (2TE; 3TE), with external braids made of textile, zinc or stainless steel wires (Mč; Hč).

Application: oil, fuel, lubricants, gas and water.

HYDRAULIC FLEXIBLE HOSES FOR HIGH AND VERY HIGH PRESSURE
Synthetic rubber hoses, resistant to oil and reinforced with 1 or 2 (1SN and 2SN) wire braid and 4 or 6 (4SP, 4SH, R13, R15) multispiral layers, with a HALOGEN-FREE addition in the rubber mix for work pressures of up to 800 bar.
The new generation of ALFABIOTECH HOSES for very high pressure are specially constructed, extra flexible (up to 50 % better flexibility radius), resistant to BIO OIL and with a MINETUFF cover for excellent abrasion conditions and resistance to external influences, tested with an impulse test according to ISO 18752 for up to 1,000,000 cycles, exceeds the requirements of the SAE 100R standard with their quality.

PTFE-TEFLON FLEXIBLE HOSES
Hoses made of smooth or convoluted PTFE with 1 or 2 braids of stainless steel wire, high mechanical resistance and vibration resistance, low porosity, dielectric, resistant to fire, usable for food products, chemically inert, resistant to ozone and external influences.
Temperature work range: -60 °C to +260 °C

Application: in the food, process, pharmaceutical, chemical and shipbuilding industries

FLEXIBLE PIPE PROTECTION
Flexible pipe protections are used for hydraulic and industrial flexible pipes, reducing stress, wear and tear, which extends the product life and duration of the finished pipes. In practice, metal protective spirals made of galvanized wire, HDPE (high-density polyethylene) spiral, as well as a protective sleeve made of fiberglass covered with red silicone for high insulation and temperature resistance according to standards UL 1441 VW –I-EN 45545-1 and EN 45545-2+A1 are used the most.

METAL FLEXIBLE PIPES AND JOINTS
Flexible, corrugated stainless steel pipes (AISI 316 ili AISI 321) with 1 or 2 stainless steel wire (AISI 304). Working pressure up to 400 bars, temperature range from -270 °C to + 700 °C. Safety factor 4:1.

Application: chemical, textile, shipbuilding and food industry, gas, oils, fuel and lubricants.

Gumene cijevi uljno otporne od sintetske gume ojačane s 1 i 2 (1SN i 2SN) i 4 ili 6 (4SP, 4SH, R13, R15) slojeva čeličnog opleta, s HALOGEN-FREE dodatkom u gumenoj smjesi za radni tlak do 800 bara.
Nova generacija ALFABIOTECH CIJEVI vrlo visokog tlaka, posebno konstruiranih, ekstrafleksibilnih (do 50 % bolji radijus savijanja), otpornih na BIOULJE i s MINETUFF pokrovom za odlične uvjete abrazije i otpornost na vanjske utjecaje, ispitanih impulsnim testom prema ISO 18752 do 1.000.000 ciklusa, svojom kvalitetom nadmašuje zahtjeve SAE 100R norme.

Primjena: hidraulična ulja, motorna ulja, diesel, antifriz, zrak, voda

GIBLJIVE CIJEVI OD PTFE-TEFLONA

Cijevi od glatkog ili savijenog (rebrastog) PTFE s 1 ili 2 opleta nehrđajuće čelične žice, visoka mehanička otpornost i otpornost na vibracije, niske propusnosti, dielektrične, otporne na vatru, prehrambene kvalitete, kemijski inertne, otporne na ozon i vanjske utjecaje.
Radni temepraturni opseg: -600C do +2600C

Primjena: u prehrambenoj, procesnoj, farmaceutskoj, kemijskoj i brodograđevnoj industriji

METALNE GIBLJIVE CIJEVI I KOMPENZATORI

Gibljive, rebraste cijevi od nehrđajućeg čelika (AISI 316 ili AISI 321) s 1 ili 2 opleta od nehrđajuće čelične žice (AISI 304). Radni tlak do 400 bara, temperaturni opseg od -2700C do + 7000C. Sigurnosni faktor 4:1.
Primjena: kemijska, tekstilna, brodograđevna i prehrambena industrija, plin, ulja, goriva i maziva.
