HYDRAULIC FITTINGS
Fittings and ferrules for hydraulic pipes are made with top notch technology with a special surface protection without chrome (VI) and tested for resistance to salt conditions for up to 400 hours. The connections are made from steel, stainless steel and brass according to the DIN, SAE, NPTF, BSPP and JIC standards.

Adapters, reductions, ermeto-fittings, VEBEO fittings, straight, elbow fittings, T-pieces, cross-shaped and rotating, as well as nuts and cutting rings are made from steel, stainless steel, duplex and brass with top notch technology according to the SAE J514 (JIC), SAE J1453 (ORFS), BS 5200 (BSP), METRIC ISO 6149, SAE UNF J 1926-1 and METRIC DIN 2353 standards.

THE FLANGE SYSTEM
OLEUM FLEX pipeline flange systems are clean, environmentally acceptable, adapted to the requirements of a limited work space and have a simple installation without introducing heat at the installation location..
They are applied for ship hydraulics, lubrications, sea water system, fire-protection systems, drainage systems and air systems and the appropriate systems in the offshore industry.
Flanges, retain rings, O-rings, T blocks according to SAE J518; SAE 50 bars; 3000 i 6000 PSI. Made of steel and stainless steel and confirmed by Type approval of Classification society.

AUTOMATIC QUICK COULPINGS
For quick and simple connecting of aerial and hydraulic installations, we have automatic quick couplings appropriate to the international ISO7241-1 A/B i ISO 16028 standard, with ball joints, screw joints and flat face joints. The standard service includes the replacement with all the existing joints on the market.
It is usually used in agriculture, construction, shipbuilding, process industry for work pressures from 350 to 1200 bars, in sizes from ¼ to 2“, with M, BSP, NPT, UNF thread made from steel and stainless steel.

„PUSH-IN“ AIR ADAPTERS
The “push-in” air adapters are aimed at a quick and simple connection of aerial installations, pursuant to international standards.
They are usually used for inside hose diameters from #4; 6; 8; 10; 13 and 16 mm and with male-female thread combinations 1/8“; ¼“; 3/8“; ½“.
The work pressure of installation up to 14 bars, temperature up to 80 ⁰C, and the production materials are plastics, nickel plated brass and stainless steel.

Priključci i čahure za gibljive hidraulične cijevi izrađeni su vrhunskom tehnologijom sa specijalnom površinskom zaštitom koja je bez kroma (VI) i testirana na otpornost slane okoline do 400 sati. Priključci se izrađuju prema DIN, SAE, NPTF, BSPP, JIC normama od čelika, nehrđajućeg čelika i mesinga.

Adapteri, redukcije, ermeto-spojevi, VEBEO spojevi, ravni, koljenasti , T spojevi, križni i okretni, kao i matice i brtveni prsteni izrađeni su vrhunskom tehnologijom prema SAE J514 (JIC), SAE J1453 (ORFS), BS 5200 (BSP), METRIC ISO 6149, SAE UNF J 1926-1 i METRIC DIN 2353 normama od čelika, nehrđajućeg čelika, duplexa i mesinga.

FLANGE SUSTAV

OLEUM FLEX prirubnički (flange) sustavi cjevovoda odlikuju se čistoćom postupka, ekološlom prihvatljivošću, prilagođenošću zahtjevima ograničenog radnog prostora te jednostavnom ugradnjom bez unosa toplinske energije na mjestu ugradnje.
Primjenjuju se za brodske sustave hidraulike, podmazivanja, morske vode, protupožarne sustave, sustave odvodnje i sustave zraka te odgovarajuće sustave u offshore industriji.
Prirubnice, „retain“ prstenovi, O-prsteni, T blokovi prema SAE J518; SAE 50 bara; 3000 i 6000 psi. Od čelika i nehrđajućeg čelika potvrđeno tipskim certifikatima klasifikacijskih društava.

AUTOMATSKE SPOJNICE

Za brzo i jednostavno spajanje zračnih i hidrauličnih instalacija namijenjene su brzorastavljive (automatske) spojnice koje odgovaraju međunarodnom standardu ISO7241-1 A/B i ISO 16028 s kuglicama, navojne i s ravnim čelom. Standardna izvedba omogućuje zamjenu sa svim postojećim spojnicama na tržištu.
Uobičajena je primjena u poljoprivredi, građevinskoj industriji, brodogradnji, procesnoj industriji za radne tlakove od 350 do 1200 bara, u veličinama od ¼ do 2“, navoja M, BSP, NPT, UNF od čelika i nehrđajučeg čelika.

PRIKLJUČCI ZA ZRAK „PUSH-IN“

Za brzo i jednostavno spajanje zračnih instalacija namijenjeni su priključci push-in koji odgovaraju međunarodnim standardima.
Upotrebljavaju se standardno za promjere cijevi od #4; 6; 8; 10; 13 i 16 mm i s kombinacijama muško-ženskih navoja 1/8“; ¼“; 3/8“; ½“.
Radni tlak instalacije do 14 bara, temperatura do 80⁰C, a materijal izrade plastika, niklani mesing, prokrom.
