This project is being developed by GEO POWER ZAGOCHA d.o.o. near the town of Slatina, at the currently deepest geothermal well in Croatia, reaching an impressive 4582 meters.

The Largest ORC Geothermal Power Plant in the EU
GTE Zagocha will become the largest ORC (Organic Rankine Cycle) geothermal power plant in the European Union, with a capacity of 20 MW. ORC technology enables a closed-loop electricity production process, significantly reducing emissions and environmental impact. These systems are considered some of the cleanest and most eco-friendly energy production methods.
