Depending on the purpose, conveyor belts are manufactured in several quality ranges of which the most used are:
Textile conveyor belts – from 2 to 5 textile reinforcement layers, cut or closed edges on the end, EP or EPP quality, up to 3.200 mm width, which are most commonly used in construction industry, quarries, cement plants, ports, steel mills, process industry.
Temperature resistant conveyor belts - with integrated insulating layer for temperature control have proven their long life even with transported materials of the highest temperatures. This innovative solution reduces the transported material temperature during transport up to 400C. High melting points of glass or basalt fibres (SV/BV) which the reinforcement layers are made of protect the belt during incandescent material transport.
The same conveyor belt design is possible in fire, oil and chemical resistant versions.
Conveyor belts with steel cables ensure maximum material transport efficiency even in extreme conditions. Robust design guarantees high strength, maximum transport capacity and impact resistance with very little maintenance.
Steel cables of ST 500-ST 10.000 are used, belt width up to 6.400 mm, fire-resistant and antistatic belt resistant to wear, corrosion and chemicals.
Conveyor belts for specific purposes – such as vehicle belts, food industry, wood industry, elevator belts for lifting in the cement and food industry, conveyor belts for ski resorts, conveyor belts for amphibious vehicles.
